How do I make a reservation?
Choose your desired accommodation (cabin, tipi, or private room), select your dates on the availability calendar, and securely complete payment through the Shopify checkout. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (we will greet you in person). After 8:00 PM, you can self check-in with the instructions we will send you via message.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Is WiFi available?
Yes. All units include free WiFi.
Do you accept pets?
We are pet friendly upon prior request. Please write to us before booking to confirm availability and conditions. The guest is responsible for the pet's care.
What does my stay include?
All stays include: bed and bedding, bath and beach towels, shampoo and soap, air conditioning, WiFi, electricity, parking, access to common areas (kitchen, sun loungers, beachfront pergolas, shared bathrooms), coffee, purified water, and a welcome drink.
Do the cabins have their own kitchen?
The cabins (Casa Mar and Casa Costa Azul) have a fully equipped kitchen within the unit. The tipis and private rooms share a common kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and complete utensils.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have private parking within the property.
Where exactly are you located?
KM 28.5 Transpeninsular Highway, Playa Costa Azul, San José del Cabo, BCS, Mexico. Next to Pescadito Brake restaurant. A 5-minute drive from downtown San José del Cabo and 20 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport.
Can I surf?
Absolutely! Costa Azul is one of the best surf spots in Los Cabos. Lessons and board rentals are available in the area.
Can whales or manta rays be sighted?
Yes, depending on the season, it is possible to spot whales and manta rays from the beach or during water activities in the area.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation within 72 hours of payment. After this period, no refund applies. See our cancellation policy page for more details.
