House rules

Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (in-person). After 8:00 PM, self-check-in is required; you will receive arrival instructions via message.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. For cabins: close the door and leave the keys stuck to it. For teepees and rooms: close the padlock with your code.

After 11:00 AM you're welcome to stay in the common areas or at the beach. We only ask that your luggage is out and your room or teepee vacated before 11:00 AM so we can prepare the space for the next guests. Before leaving, please make sure you don't forget any personal belongings.

General Rules

No parties or events are allowed. The property is a space for rest and peaceful coexistence.
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted on terraces or balconies; please ask the team for an ashtray.
Music at a moderate volume. Loud music is not allowed during nighttime hours, out of respect for other guests and neighbors.
No outside visitors without authorization.
Respect other guests' rest hours.
Keep the space clean during your stay.
Keep doors and windows closed. Especially if the air conditioning is on or to prevent coastal wildlife from entering.
Take care of the environment. Turn off the A/C and lights when leaving the accommodation and when not using them at night.
Do not exceed the number of guests. Only the people indicated in the reservation may sleep in the accommodation.
Dispose of trash properly. We have trash cans in common areas and within each accommodation. You will find additional bags inside the room.

Pets

We are pet friendly upon prior request. Your pet is welcome, but their care and the cleanliness of common areas are the guest's responsibility. We can provide poop bags if you need them.

Common Areas

All guests share: equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, purified water, coffee, sugar, and cream), gender-separated bathrooms and showers, lounge chairs and pergolas facing the sea, outdoor dining area, and outdoor shower.

Access and Parking

We have private parking. You can also access on foot along the beach. Located next to Pescadito Brake restaurant, KM 28.5 Carretera Transpeninsular, Costa Azul, San José del Cabo.

Cancellation

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours after confirming your reservation, or up to 3 weeks before your arrival date. Same-day bookings do not qualify for free cancellation. After these time frames the reservation is non-refundable. No-shows are charged 100% of the reservation cost. To request a cancellation, write to us on WhatsApp or at rusticoazul@gmail.com with your reservation number.
