Cancellation policy

Free cancellation and full refund in the following cases:

• Up to 24 hours after confirming your reservation.
• Up to 3 weeks before your arrival date.

Last-minute reservations (same day) do not apply for free cancellation. After these deadlines, the reservation is non-refundable.
