Terms of Service
By completing a reservation at Rustico Lounge, you accept the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them before booking.
1. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are made online through the Rustico Lounge website, with secure payment processed by Shopify. The booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.
2. Property Rules
By staying at Rustico Lounge, you agree to respect our House Rules, which include, among others:
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking indoors.
- Do not exceed the number of guests in the booking.
- Respect quiet hours.
- Pets allowed upon prior request and at the guest's responsibility.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: free cancellation within 72 hours of payment; after that period, no refund applies.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (in person) or self-check-in after 8:00 PM with prior instructions. Check-out: 11:00 AM. No-shows without notice or late check-outs without authorization do not entitle guests to a refund or extension.
5. Guest Responsibility
The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property's facilities, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Rustico Lounge reserves the right to charge for corresponding repair or replacement costs.
6. Damages and Losses
Rustico Lounge is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings within the property. We recommend using the locks or security devices available in each unit.
7. Modifications
Rustico Lounge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes apply to reservations made after their publication.
